      เพราะผมใช้ windows 64 bit มีผลทำให้ลงโปรแกรมไม่ผ่านด้วยหรือเปล่าครับ ขอบคุณมากครับ

      อาจจะเป็นเพราะ anti-virus ได้ครับ ลองปิดก่อน install ใหม่นะครับ หรือลอง install ใน drive อื่นที่ไม่ใช่ C: ดูนะครับ
