ใช้โปรแกรม CDC โหลดข้อมูลหุ้น ไม่ได้ครับ ค้างตามูป

ปัญหาดังกล่าวเกิดจากการติดตั้งส่วน cygwin ได้ไม่สมบูรณ์ ทำให้โปรแกรม CDCDL ทำงานไม่ได้ครับ ซึ่งวิธีแก้มี 2 วิธีดังนี้ครับ

1. install เฉพาะส่วน cygwin ใหม่ ตามขั้นตอนดังนี้ครับ

หรือ

2. copy cygwin ที่สมบูรณ์แล้วไปใส่แทนของเดิม โดยขอให้ท่านลบ folder cygwin ที่ C:\cygwin ออกให้หมดก่อน แล้ว restart เครื่อง 1 ครั้ง จากนั้นดาวน์โหลดไฟล์จากลิ้งค์ด้านล่างนี้ (เลือก download ที่มุมขวาบน แล้วเลือก direct download เพื่อเก็บไฟล์ไว้ในเครื่องครับ)

เสร็จแล้วนำไฟล์ cygwin.zip ไปถอด zip แล้ววางไว้ที่ C: แทน folder cygwin เดิมครับ เสร็จแล้วเรียกโปรแกรม CDCDL ด้วยการคลิกเม้าส์ปุ่มขวาที่โลโก้ CDCDL ที่หน้า desktop แล้วเลือก Run as administrator ครับท่าน (ถ้าทำคลาดเคลื่อนในบางขั้นตอน เช่น ถอด zip ไปแทนของเดิมแต่ไม่ตรง folder เดิม ก็จะเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้โปรแกรมไม่ทำงานได้ครับท่าน)

หรือ ถ้ายังไม่สำเร็จ ท่านสามารถติดต่อออฟฟิสชมรมสาขาลำลูกกาได้ที่เบอร์นี้นะครับท่าน 098-765-5641 (เวลาทำการ จันทร์ – ศุกร์ 09.00 – 17.00 น.) เพื่อนัดเวลาแก้ไขผ่านทาง internet หรือนัดแก้ไขที่ชมรมต่อไปครับท่าน
