ถ้าตามวิธีีท่แนะนำมา ผมลองแล้วครับพบว่ามันไม่ได้ผลครับ ปัญหาขึ้นเหมือนเดิมเป๊ะเลยครับ

กระผมมีปัญหาหลังจากลง CDCDL แล้ว ไม่สามารถโหลดข้อมูลได้ ซึ่งได้ทำการอัพเดททั้ง Cygwin กับ ตัวโปรแกรม CDCDL 600417 แล้ว และได้ทำตามคำแนะนำเมื่อมี error code 14 รวมทั้ง การเช็คมารค์บน rsync แล้วครับ แต่ก็ยังมีข้อความ error ดังต่อไปนี้ครับ

This problem is probably due to using incompatible versions of the cygwin DLL.

and delete all but the most recent version. The most recent version *should*

installed the cygwin distribution. Rebooting is also suggested if you

are unable to find another cygwin DLL.
